What is Custom Order

You are probably on this page because you want to purchase  something that we do not have. You went to the right page!

Custom order gives you the option to order items not found in our product catalog.

Simply give us exactly the product you are looking for. Once we agree on the price quote, we will send you an invoice automatically posted to your account.

We offer air freight and sea freight options.

Air freight takes about 3-4 weeks and suggested for small to medium items

Sea freight takes about 2 months and suggested for large items such as guitars and amplifiers

STEP 1: 

Send us the link of the item you want to purchase by submitting a ticket. We will not search for you. This is for you to canvas your own product with your own price and to ensure that we are ordering the correct model of the item. We ONLY accept orders coming from the US that accepts paypal for payments.

Wait for us to reply with your quotation

STEP 2: 

Once we agree on the quotation, I will add a new Quote Order to your account. You will receive an email regarding your Quote Order

Login to your account and go to "My Quotes" and go to "Ready Quotes" tab

Proceed with the checkout by choosing your shipping address, payment and shipping methods

Please settle the down payment through the payment method you have chosen and reply to the ORDER EMAIL you receive with the deposit slip. If you do not want to use your email, you can always send the picture of the deposit slip using your mobile phone to our  page with Name of Bank, Amount, ORDER Number

We will notify once your order has arrived into our store. You must complete the balance before we send the item to your doorstep.

Your order may subject to storage fee if you haven't paid the balance. 300php per week.

Your balance is recorded into your account under Order History. You can view that for any updates
