Products and Services
We offer air freight and sea freight options.
Air freight takes about 3 - 4 weeks and suggested for small to medium items
Sea freight takes about 2 months and suggested for large items such as guitars and amplifiers
We only accept orders coming from United States merchants.
It could be an online store or a hobbyist who wants to sell his equipment,
as long as they accept Paypal for payment.
If you don't see the item you are looking for in this website, there is probably a good chance that we don't have it.
But you can inquire regarding Custom Order
Custom Order gives you the option to order items that are not part of our product catalog.
Simply give us exactly what you are looking for. Once we agree on the price quote, we will send you an invoice automatically posted on your account.

Pedallion offers 3 buying options:
1) Add to Cart - When you can simply buy in stock items from the website.
2) Pre-Order - Items in this setting means that they are not available. However, it does not mean that you cannot get them.
Proceed with pre-order check out then we will do our best to give you what you came for.
3) Custom Order - Custom order gives you the option to order items that are not part of our product catalog.
Simply give us exactly what you are looking for. Once we agree on the price quote, we will send you an invoice automatically posted on your account.
Payments and Deliveries
Accepted Methods of Payment:

We ship using Black Arrow Express, Xpost or Shippo for Philippine customers. DHL for international.
Philippine shipping lead time:
Metro Manila - 2-3 days
Luzon -3-5 days
Visayas/Mindanao - 5-7 days
Shipping fee is automatically added upon order checkout
Your item will be shipped within 48 hours (excluding holidays) after receiving complete payment.
We do not offer Cash on Delivery

Have you heard about RTS (Return to Sender)
Undeliverable happens for a lot of reasons like incomplete address, fake address, fake buyers just to name a few.
Online stores already pay for the delivery only to find out that the order is subject to RTS making sellers to lose money
This is a very common problem for sellers.
COD is not our company's best interest

Frequent Customer Concerns
There are times where shipping is delayed because of the holidays, bad weather and any other business reasons.
Rest assured that your items are carefully monitored and tracked. We have not experienced any lost items coming from the US.
In the event that the unexpected happens, you will be notified accordingly, and will have the option to re-order or or cancel the order.
We will refund any cancelled orders due to lost items.
Hold your horses! As stated, this is a 1 man store and the owner also has his own regular day job. This store could be smaller than you think.
Just keep calm and you will be attended to within a few hours. This store will be closed on some occasions for personal leisure.
